Forward it. It becomes data.

Every workspace gets one inbox and one dashboard. Send documents by email — invoices, statements, receipts, scans — and they come back structured, searchable, and on the record.

Your inbox will look like inbox@yourname.justdealwithit.ca
Your dashboard will live at https://yourname.justdealwithit.ca

  1. Received
  2. Processing
  3. Processed
  4. Needs review

Three things happen, in this order

No drag-and-drop builder, no custom UI to design. The mechanism is the product.

Send

Forward or send the email

The email body counts as a document; every attachment is an independent document, so one bad attachment never blocks the rest. Invoices, statements, receipts, CSVs, and scans are all accepted, within reasonable size and security limits.

Configure

AI proposes, a person publishes

Tell us what the email usually contains and what you'd like to see, then send one sample. Claude, by Anthropic, reads it and proposes an initial configuration; someone on our team reviews it before anything publishes. That sample is the only thing AI ever sees.

Read

Everything lands on one dashboard

KPI cards, tables, charts, a timeline, full-text search, a document browser, folders and tags, processing history, the queue, and usage — all read-only.

AI sets it up. It never reads your mail after that.

This is the one distinction worth remembering, so we say it plainly rather than once in a footnote.

Setup only

One sample email, with your consent

During setup, and only during setup, a sample email you choose to send is read by an AI service to propose your configuration. You consent to this explicitly before it happens, and a person reviews the result before it ever reaches your dashboard.

Every day after

No AI in the processing path

The system that handles your everyday mail has no AI credentials and no fallback to one. It runs reviewed, deterministic parsers only — nothing in your inbox can trigger a live model call, by design.

The exact provider, model, region and retention terms are shown — fetched live, never hardcoded — at the point you actually consent to them, during sign-up.

One dashboard, ten ways to look at it

Built from a reusable component library — no generated custom UI per workspace.

KPI cards

The numbers that matter, at a glance.

Tables

Every record, sortable and exportable.

Charts

Trends over time, drawn from real totals.

Timeline

What happened, in order, with provenance.

Find anything that ever reached your inbox.

Originals and processed versions, both downloadable.

Questions people actually ask

Does AI read my documents?

No. AI is used once, with your consent, during setup to propose your initial configuration from a sample email you choose to send. Everyday documents you send afterward run through reviewed, deterministic parsers — never a live AI call.

Where is my data stored?

Hosted in AWS Canada (Central). Only the one sample email you send during setup is processed outside Canada, by Anthropic's Claude API, and only with your consent.

What happens if I hit my monthly cap?

Processing pauses. Nothing is lost — mail is safely stored and processing resumes once you raise the cap or the next billing period starts.

Can I change what's on my dashboard?

Yes — email instructions, or add a note directly to a widget. Safe, presentation-only changes apply automatically after validation, with rollback. Changes to parsing or extraction need your approval and an internal review first.

How much does this cost?

A small monthly base fee plus a per-processed-document charge, in CAD, under a monthly cap you set yourself. Pricing details coming soon.

How many people can see the dashboard?

As many as you invite, at no extra cost. There is no public sharing link — only authenticated members can view or download anything.
